Estiha coordinates the agreed scope of work, schedules the required trades, and serves as your main point of contact throughout the project. The work, pricing, and timeline are confirmed before the project moves forward.

Our Approach

We plan property improvements around the condition of the space, the work required, and the date it needs to be ready. We assess priorities, confirm access and building requirements, and establish a clear scope, price, and schedule before work begins.

During execution, we coordinate trades and materials, organize work around tenant needs, and check progress and workmanship. Any additional work is explained and priced for approval before proceeding. Before handover, we review the completed scope, address outstanding items, and leave the work area clean—giving owners and property managers one point of contact through completion.
